How does self-drive cherry picker hire work?

Simply register with us, book your machine, and collect it from one of our depots. If you’re using our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), you’ll need your driving licence and National Insurance number. One of our engineers will walk you through a full handover before you hit the road.

Do you offer one-day or overnight hire?

Yes. You can hire for a single day (7:30am–5:30pm), or choose a 24-hour slot via PM collection (5:00pm) or AM return (7:00am) — perfect if you just need it overnight.

How much does it cost to hire a self-drive cherry picker?

Our self-drive cherry picker hire starts from £130 per day using your own insurance. If you’d like to use our CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) cover, this adds £47 per day (£65 for the S27).

What sizes of self-drive cherry pickers do you offer?

We offer a range of machines from 10m to 27m. With different platform styles and boom configurations, we’ll help match you with the right unit for the job.

Can I return in the morning or collect in the evening?

Yes. We offer AM returns (7:00am) and PM collections (5:00pm). This gives you up to 24 hours on-site without paying for an extra day — but we do recommend booking in advance as these slots can get taken.
