Operated hire rates

Having contacted Smart for the first time with an urgent requirement for a high lift cherry picker the whole experience has been first class. The admin process to set up a new account was easy to follow and responded to very quickly by all the Smart staff we spoke to.
We arranged an operator hire for the next day meeting our requirements and when the driver arrived he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our whole experience has been excellent from our enquiry call dealt with totally professionally by James to Peter the operator who could not have been better. Thankyou !!

The driver, Owen, was super helpful and with a good machine we got finished after 1.5 hours and he got away to another job.

Today Smart platforms came onto our residential complex so that we could refurb high-level lighting. The platform arrived promptly and the operator could not have been more helpful and courteous. Our electrician was very impressed by the level of safety and the expertise shown.

The job was completed much quicker than we had planned and the operator checked whether we had any other use for the platform before he left.

We are more than satisfied with the service you provided - it was so much easier than erecting scaffolding and the fact the operator was on hand was excellent and met all our safety and insurance requirements.

We will have no hesitation in using your firm again - and once more many thanks to the operator for his help and support. You have our highest recommendation.

I have been hiring from Smart Platforms for the last 18 months, and found them very helpful and knowledgeable. Their senior management team based in Bristol, Andrew Holly and Len Wright are gentleman with the right attitude to their customer’s needs, which is refreshing in today’s climate, when the bigger MEWP hire companies don’t have the same attitude.

I have hired a number of different MEWP’s from Smart Platforms, these machines have always been in good working order, well maintained and clean. Their operators are always polite, courteous and helpful.

I find Smart Platforms very professional, and will definitely be hiring from them again in the future.

It’s just a quick line to pass on some feedback I have received from the lads on-site over the last couple of weeks.

Our examiner this morning has asked me to pass on how impressed he was with the MEWP operator that was supplied for us at the 2 sites recently.

Not only was he extremely skilled/competent, but went above and beyond the usual showing enthusiasm and initiative.

And I have also received very good feedback from the work at another site with the S35 Bronto Skylift the week before last over the 3 day shifts, our examiner informed me everything went very well overall the shifts with both MEWP & Operator and the Bronto Skylift was ideal for the exam of that structure.
