First time I used smart platforms and was very impressed, easy to find location, Friendly reception from staff, quickly dealt with paper work and was on the road, equipment is of a high standard and new stock so had great confidence for task ahead .

Absolutely fantastic service from booking to carrying out the project.
Booking:
Customer service were very friendly and helpful in every way.
Price point:
we looked at 4 other companies including these guys. They were very competitive with pricing. But what really made us select 'Smart Platform' was their review of our requirements and knowledge of their suitable vehicles.
Hire with driver:
Arrived on time, was patient throughout, complete competence with his vehicle, absolute expert in his conduct. my driver was called Alan!

Have used smart platforms several times now and can not fault them.
Their technical advise offered by helpful advisers over the phone is excellent and the location of the depot is perfect for collection prior to use. I would highly recommend using smart platforms , they are knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective .

Superb service from booking, vehicle pickup in Dartford and returning back to depot upon completion. No hassle good vehicle well presented. Shortly will be booking again for another project will not hesitate to contact Smart to make an enquiry/booking.
