Smart Platform Rental is a member of the Construction Plant Hire Association (CPA) and all hires are conducted using their Model Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be viewed HERE.

As a company that endeavours to take out the overheads out of platform hire and promotes self drive and self operation we also encourage that our customers conduct their own site surveys.

Whilst Smart strive to assist in the specifying of the correct platforms, the company accept no liability for the incorrect choice of platform being made by the client, particularly in terms of insufficient working height, working outreach, vehicle dimensions and safe working load.
